This is a regular meeting of the OSEA Education Committee. All members and associates are welcome to join and provide input as we plan our educational events for 2026 and beyond.

Our two headliner speakers will be David L Mellem, EA and Mary Mellem, EA, (bio) who will conduct 15 continuing educational units. Topics includes:

Federal Tax Updates (2 CE)
Amended Tax Returns (2 CE)
"Ask" (1 CE)
Basis Rules for Property Received Through Gift, Inheritance, Remainder Interests, Divorce, Etc. (2 CE)

In addition, Mike Kaufmann (bio) will present a non-CE eligible hour on Oklahoma Tax Updates. IRS Stakeholder Liaison Mercean Lam (bio), will also present on multiple tax topics a CE eligible hour

Lunch is provided both days to on-site attendees. Attendees will be provided the link to attend one week before the event.
