Overview

The Oklahoma Society of Enrolled Agents represents the interests of Enrolled Agents, including our members, in the state of Oklahoma.  We require some data collection for this purpose.  In addition, as The Oklahoma Society of Enrolled Agents is a state affiliate of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and some data is exchanged with NAEA to be compliant with the terms of our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

As part of our regular services, we collect data related to your name, company affiliation, email address, physical address, and information pertinent to membership such as renewal information, membership classification, and items related to issuing continuing education such as your PTIN.  Per terms of our data sharing agreement MOU, OSEA is prohibited from selling lists of its members or selling any membership or prospects lists provided by NAEA.

Third-parties applications

Per our MOU with NAEA, we are required to share the contact information of our members for NAEA outreach, recruitment, education, marketing, and similar purposes.  We also receive information from NAEA for these same purposes.  NAEA and OSEA must maintain the security of this data, and are required to exercise duty of care to protect the personal member information.  NAEA is prohibited from selling any membership lists of its members or member prospects provided by OSEA.
