Oklahoma Society of Enrolled Agents Refund Policy

The Oklahoma Society of Enrolled Agents (the "Organization") is dedicated to serving our mission and maximizing our impact. As a nonprofit, our resources are limited and funded by our members and educational activities. We strive to provide high-quality education and services that fulfill our mission.

We generally offer refunds for the following reasons:

• Accidental duplicate purchases: We understand mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we'll be happy to process a full refund.
• Incorrect charges: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us with the details of the issue. We'll investigate and process a full refund if applicable.
• Dissatisfaction with a resource or service, at our discretion: We value your feedback and want to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a resource or service we offer, please contact us to explain the situation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Please note that all refund decisions are made at the discretion of the OSEA. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe it is abusive or fraudulent.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at EYRtax@gmail.com with your name, the details of your purchase, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

What We Cannot Refund

• Donations: Donations to OSEA are critical to our mission and are generally non-refundable.However, if you believe you made a donation in error, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your situation.
• Services already rendered: We cannot offer refunds for services already rendered, such as attending a workshop or event.
• Digital downloads after they have been downloaded: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for digital downloads once they have been downloaded.
