OKC Chapter Seminar - Foreign Earned Income Exclusion

Join us at 11:30 a.m. at Saltgrass Steak House at I-240 and Penn for lunch and a Central Oklahoma Chapter IRS continuing education event.  The fee for the event is $25, to cover the cost of the meal and soft drink.

John M. Perry III, EA, USTCP, will provide a one hour CE presentation starting at noon on:

"Foreign Earned Income Exclusion."

In this 1 hour CE event, we will examine and explore the requirements for eligibility for the foreign earned income exclusion, what income is excludable, how to choose between the foreign earned income exclusion and the foreign tax credit, qualifying by the physical presence test versus the bona fide residence test, the additional foreign housing exclusion, and other topics.  The goal of this primer is to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to manage foreign earned income exclusion circumstances in your own practice to maximize your clients' tax benefits while remaining compliant with U.S. tax laws.
