Our two headliner speakers will be Francis X. Degen, EA, USTCP (Bio) and Jane Ryder, EA CPA (Bio), who will conduct 15 continuing educational units. Topics includes:

What is Gross Income? (2 Hours)
A Walk Through Subtitle F (2 Hours)

Jane Ryder, EA CPA:

Introduction to Partnerships (1 Hour)

Partnerships & LLC's, Dissolutions and Closing Balance Sheets (2 Hours)
Tax Matters for Lawsuits and Legal Settlements (1 Hour)
Ethics for Tax: Circular 230 & Helping Clients with Expenses (2 Hours Ethics)

In addition, Mercean Lam (bio) from IRS will presented 1 CE on IRS topics and Mike Kaufmann (bio) will present a non-CE eligible hour on Oklahoma Tax Updates.

The Taxpayer Advocate Service will also be providing us with a short presentation, along with offering their in-person case resolution services during the event. Bring your documentation and POA to have their help with your client's tough case.

Lunch is provided both days to on-site attendees. Virtual (Zoom) attendees will be provided the link to attend one week before the event.
